Our environmental litigation practice extends to all aspects of state and federal practice, including:

- Defending against environmental contamination claims brought by government agencies and private parties;
- Prosecuting diminution-of-value claims on behalf of property owners due to contamination caused by others; and,
- Prosecuting tax assessment appeals for owners of contaminated real property.
Our environmental litigation practice group’s experience includes representing clients in proceedings before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, the New Jersey Superior Court’s Law and Chancery divisions, the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Tax Court, as well as Superfund litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
