William Primps appointed to Special Master for the Appellate Division First Department’s Pre-argument Conference Program

William Primps, an Of Counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, has been appointed Special Master for the Appellate Division First Department’s Pre-argument Conference Program. This appointment adds to Bill’s array of mediation and arbitration roles, including service on the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial and Consumer Panels, as well as his being a Hearing Officer for NAM, the Long Island-based national arbitration and mediation group.
