As Co-Authors of the New York Law Journal’s Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Column, partners David Wilkes and Kevin Clyne have published their inaugural article titled “Sales Chasing in a Reassessment Jurisdiction.” In this piece, they examine the controversial practice of "sales chasing," typically associated with non-reassessment municipalities, and argue that it can occur just as frequently in reassessment jurisdictions, though it is harder to detect.
