Partner Marna Bernstein was honored at the 2024 Real Estate Achievement and Leadership Awards on February 28th at the Heritage Club. The R.E.A.L. Awards spotlights entrepreneurs, professionals, and visionaries in Long Island’s real estate and related industries who have achieved success in their respective roles while also being actively involved in community contributions and advocacy.

Marna Bernstein represents banks and other lending institutions on commercial real estate finance transactions secured by multi-family apartment projects, commercial office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, mixed-use facilities, and on asset-based loans. She counsels clients in structuring, documenting and closing transactions, construction loans, on loan sales and acquisitions, bad-debt restructuring and workouts.
