Partner Jeffrey Zenn Successfully Represented Tenafly Planning Board in Obtaining a Reversal by the New Jersey Appellate Division
August 3, 2023Jeffrey Zenn, a partner in the Banking Department, recently represented the Tenafly Planning Board in the New Jersey Appellate Division and won a complete reversal of the trial court’s rulings. The Appellate Division rejected the trial court’s ruling in favor of the Concerned Citizens Group and reinstated the decision of the Planning Board granting approval of a site plan application and variances by 95 Tenafly to build a Bottle King liquor store. The appellate court ruled in favor of the Planning Board on every issue raised by the objector group.
