Jennifer A. McLaughlin Named Co-Chair of Cullen and Dykman’s Higher Education Practice Group
December 1, 2022Garden City – Jennifer A. McLaughlin has recently been named Co-Chair of Cullen and Dykman’s Higher Education practice group. She will be leading the practice area with Co-Chair Dina L. Vespia.
Jennifer regularly advises colleges and universities with respect to policy development and implementation, disability accommodation issues, employment law issues, intellectual property matters as well as internal and external investigations. She litigates cases for colleges and universities commenced under federal and state statutes including proceedings that arise under Article 78 of the New York Civil Practice Laws and Rules. Jennifer also advises colleges and universities on Title IX matters, investigations and regularly serves as a TIX hearing panelist. She also served as Associate Counsel for a large private University where she provided counsel to senior administrators on a full range of legal and compliance matters, as well as representation of the University in labor and employment arbitration and litigation.
