Insider Higher Ed Spotlights Successful Merger Facilitated by Cullen and Dykman

The merger between Bloomfield College and Montclair State University was recently covered by Insider Higher Ed which was successfully facilitated by Cullen and Dykman. The merger of a small, private liberal arts college into a large public research university was the first transaction of its kind in New Jersey higher education.
