June 3, 2024

Cullen and Dykman’s Higher Education practice group will host a Counsel and Title IX Coordinators Summit on the 2024 Final Rule on June 13, 2024. The program will take place in person at our Long Island office and virtually through Zoom. Nicole Donatich, Of Counsel in the Higher Education practice group, will be speaking alongside Dan Schorr, President of Dan Schorr, LLC and Marjory D. Fisher, Associate Vice President & Title IX Coordinator at Columbia University.

Description: Much more than just another review of the major provisions of the 2024 Final Rule, this seminar will center around the major decision-making points that institutions should be considering as the August 1, 2024 deadline approaches.
