Anna Chen is a member of the Banking and Real Estate department in the firm’s New York City office. Her practice focuses on representing religious corporations and not-for-profit entities in various real estate matters, including purchase and sales, leases, license agreements, construction access agreements, and AIA construction contracts.
Michael S. Eng is a member of the Real Estate department in the firm’s New York City office. He regularly represents developers, investors, landlords, office and retail tenants, not-for-profit institutions, private and institutional lenders, and borrowers in connection with commercial and residential projects throughout the United States.
Gregory T. Simmons is a member of the Energy, Renewables and Utilities department in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on interstate transportation of energy, including substantial experience with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), as well as retail distribution.
