Both Steven Capobianco and Michael J. Winter have played pivotal roles within the firm’s Construction Litigation team. Their legal experience covers a wide array of construction-related issues, including construction labor law claims and risk transfer, contract disputes, construction defect claims, personal injury defense, and property and casualty defense litigation.
