Cullen and Dykman LLP Welcomes Experienced Trust and Estates Attorney Debra A. Pandolfo
October 10, 2023Uniondale, NY – Cullen and Dykman LLP proudly welcomes Debra A. Pandolfo as Of Counsel in its Trust and Estates department.
With over 25 years of experience, Debra focuses her practice on trust and estates, commercial and residential real estate and business transactions. She regularly drafts wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and other estate planning documents for clients in accordance with applicable law and handles probate and administration proceedings. Her diverse legal background includes advising clients with various types of transactions, including gifts, bequests, and tax consequences related to estates and trusts.
In her commercial and residential real estate practice, she has overseen complex transactions from inception to completion and negotiated leases. Debra also has a track record of guiding clients through various business transactions, including sales and purchases, contract negotiations, shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements and entity formation.

Debra earned her J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law and her B.S. from St. John's University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
