Ryan Soebke is a partner in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department. He represents a wide variety of clients, including private financial and not-for-profit institutions, in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state court as well as at the agency level. He also has experience representing clients in mediation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Ryan’s practice includes representing clients in contract disputes, employment related matters and general commercial disputes. He represents banking and financial institutions in matters involving commercial mortgage loans, including contested commercial foreclosures and loan workouts. Ryan also regularly represents educational institutions in matters involving academic and student affairs, student and employee discipline, and Title IX compliance.
