Kristen M. Painter is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. She represents institutional lenders in commercial lending transactions, primarily loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate. Her experience also includes advising clients regarding bank regulatory matters, foreclosures, and loan modifications, engaging in the negotiation of loan documentation for institutional lending clients, and representing clients in loan sales, loan restructurings, workouts, sales of bank-owned property, and other commercial contract matters. She also represents banks, non-bank lenders, and commercial equipment leasing companies in a broad range of financing transactions, including equipment leasing, commercial lending, and asset-based lending transactions. In addition to her transactional practice, Kristen has experience in the area of commercial litigation with a focus on real estate and commercial lending disputes.
