Joshua Lahijani is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation practice group. Joshua’s practice consists of commercial, construction, insurance coverage and general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law and property damage, as well as the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes. Joshua represents various construction companies, real estate owners, local government entities, and local municipalities.
Joshua attended St. John’s University School of Law where he served as Senior Staff for the New York International Law Review and Senior Staff for the Commercial Division Online Law Report. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Joshua advised Assistant United States Attorneys on federal asset forfeiture cases involving complex cases and assets including crypto-currency, money laundering, intellectual property, airport and customs seizures, securities fraud, CITES, and cultural property. Later, Joshua represented clients with respect to construction and general liability, insurance coverage, and professional malpractice in complex litigation.
