Jane A. Grinch is a partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates department. She focuses her practice on developing estate planning strategies that are designed to preserve clients’ wealth while fulfilling their immediate and long-term objectives. Jane also represents clients in their individual and fiduciary capacities during the estate administration process, and she has extensive experience in probate litigation matters including reformation proceedings, insolvency proceedings and actions to set aside wills and inter-vivos transfers based upon claims of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity. She has also overseen litigation resulting in the successful admission of an unsigned will to probate.
In addition, Jane regularly represents families in the preparation of special needs trusts and provides legal counsel regarding elder care developmental disability and mental capacity issues. She has been appointed by the Court to serve as counsel to individuals who are alleged to be mentally incapacitated.
