Erin Masterson is an Associate in the General Liability, Tort, and Insurance Defense department. Erin focuses her practice on the defense of businesses in a variety of civil liability disputes, including premises liability, personal injury, and motor vehicle accidents.
While in law school, Erin was a Research Assistant focusing on Business Organizations and Securities Law. She was also a Teacher’s Aide for two years for a Modern Divorce Advocacy course. At the beginning of her law school career, she served as an intern for a municipality, where she assisted writing town code and prosecuted town code violations at Sixth District Court in Patchogue each week. She began working as an intern with Cullen and Dykman her second year of law school and remained working with the firm through finishing her Juris Doctorate at the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University in 2023.
