Carol Ann Weinman

Carol Ann Weinman is an associate in the Construction Litigation department with over 40 years of experience.  In addition to her work as a litigator, she has served as in-house counsel for insurance companies, national insurance brokerages, and insurance services organizations. Her areas of practice include insurance coverage litigation, New York State Labor Law, construction defect, workers’ compensation, premises liability, automobile liability, and transportation liability. She is also an experienced appellate litigator and has successfully argued cases in the New York State Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments.
