Bruce V. Miller is a partner in the firm’s Energy, Renewables and Utilities department. He has been advising electric, gas, and water utility clients in matters before public utility commissions and boards and state and federal courts since 1980. He also advises electric power generation and natural gas facility developers, as well as financial entities with interests in the energy and water industries.

Bruce's practice includes representing clients in complex rate proceedings, prudence matters, electric and gas restructuring proceedings, domestic and international arbitration proceedings involving energy contracts and projects, contract negotiations, regulatory approvals for financing matters, and mergers and acquisitions of energy companies. He also has experience representing utilities and other entities in securing approval for the siting of electric generation and natural gas facilities.
