Brittany L. Froning is an Associate in the Trusts and Estates Department. Brittany represents financial institutions, higher education institutions, not-for-profit and religious organizations and individuals in connection with estate and trust litigation matters. After receiving her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2014, Brittany was an Associate with Avelino Nitkewicz LLP, later Avelino & Hartlaub, LLP. In November 2018, she then joined the law firm of Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, P.C. as an Associate where she handled various Trusts & Estate, Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Civil Litigation matters; before joining Cullen and Dykman in April 2023. During law school, Brittany also completed an externship with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and served as a Certified Legal Assistant with the University of Georgia Family Violence Clinic.
