Angela N. Cascione is a partner in the firm’s Energy, Renewables and Utilities department. She represents clients involved in the development and reconstruction of energy generation, transmission, and distribution assets and has extensive experience in a broad range of complex matters involving New York’s statutory framework for siting major transmission and generation facilities.
