Andria Simone Kelly is a Partner in the firm's General Liability, Tort, and Insurance Defense department. She has over 30 years' experience handling a wide variety of cases in the New York courts. Andria represents large retailers in premises liability, construction, New York Labor Law and property damage cases. She works closely with corporate representatives and store, maintenance and security personnel to provide the best defense possible and reach favorable results. Andria also represents clients in complex automobile cases, including UM/SUM, PIP loss transfer and no-fault matters. Andria lectures regularly on various legal topics before bar associations, claims associations, insurance companies and third party administrators.
